What is it?
It is a fruit maturity measuring device.
What is it for?
The quality of the fruit can be compared directly on the ground. The penetrometer allows us to control the maturity of our products and to verify, at the farm or in the plant, the most suitable index to start their collection.
How is it used?
The measurement of maturity is made by penetromy, cutting a small sheet of the skin of the fruit and puncturing with the penetrometer the pointer enters the pulp and registers indices that determine the point of maturity.
