What is it?
Aluminum tray lids combine a layer of cardboard left on the outside and an aluminized layer that remains on the inside in contact with the food.
What is it for?
Placed on top of the aluminum tray are sealed by folding the tabs of the tray, thus being able to keep the temperature of the food much longer.
How is it used?
Fit the lid in the upper slot of the tray, then fix it by folding the tabs of the tray towards the lid.
