What is it?
The gastronorm trays are thermosealable plastic trays for food made with the standard measures according to the gastronomic standard EN-631 that unifies the measures of these in the food preparation sector. They withstand temperatures between -40º C to 120ºC. They are suitable for microwaves and 100% recyclable.
What is it for?
With the gastronorm polypropylene trays you can package cooked, frozen and fresh foods and guarantee an optimal conservation thanks to the possibility of closing the thermosealed with a barrier film.
How is it used?
You can place directly on the food to be packaged and complement the closure with a barrier film.
